WOW. Despite the slight wait we had which we already knew about before we ordered food, the food came out quick. All I can say is well done to all the staff for making some amazing food and trying to keep up with every order as the place was rammed. As soon as a table left, it was cleaned and filled with another lot of customers almost instantly. The facilities was also amazing if you have a new born. My partner was able to change our daughter and was shocked with how clean everything was. 100% will be going again when we are next down

Visited the cafe for the first time today.Lovely, spacious cafe .Fab menu to choose from .I had jacket potato, with tuna mayo and salad .It was the biggest potato I have ever had and the tuna was served with a wedge of lemon.Which I thought was a nice touch. The young lady who served me,Lesley had excellent customer service skills. It was a lovely experience and I will be visiting again soon .Toilets were up several flights of stairs which I find a lot of Llandudno cafes are .Only negative point was I thought it was expensive 27:20 for 2 jacket pots and a coffee and a diet coke but I will visit again

The reviews are negative but our visit was fine. I had a cup of tea, my wife had hot chocolate and we both had a cake.

The gourmet burger was fantastic and everything on the plate had its own dish etc. Everything was well cooked and my dog even had a gourmet bowl of water served up. Will definitely come here again.

Having been on holiday with one of my service users. We had walked past this place and we had a coffee each when the place seemed quiet. We had 1 latte and 1 cappuccino. Granted some of the tables didn't seem too clean and one of the tables had wobbled. When having the cappuccino it had to be up with the best or the best that I have had, I've had cappuccinos in Budapest, Prague, London, Montreal, New York City etc etc. we had come back for the second time in two days, the only place I had cappuccino twice is in Budapest. Unfortunately I couldn't say much on the toilet or food. The place was bright with lights and well spacious. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Unfortunately in this picture, the cappuccino didn't look as good as it did yesterday, however, being served by Chelsea, she had made a good cappuccino, well done Chelsea.

Read a lot of negative reviews on this place, went today, it's brilliant, would happily go again, food good, ambiance good, staff brilliant. Only downside, locked toilets, only gor use by customers, which seemed kinda fair, and got me thinking re all the negative press...
